Hello Parents,
I am sure some of you are wondering what exactly is going on with our tournament. I assure you I have been trying to finalize everything and we are almost ready to go.
So many of you have donated concession items already...thank you! If you have not yet donated items, we are in need of drinks other than Gatorade. Water, soda, etc. would be great.
In addition to the concession items, we will need some help with the tournament itself. I have created a Google Doc that you all can edit and add to. Please follow THIS LINK and sign up for a time or two that works best for you and your family. You can also work out your times around when your daughter will be playing. The girls will be running the clock for most of the games but we may also need a few parents to do that as well. I don't want two or three parents to do all of the work. If each family takes a few hours we should be covered. By the way, we can turn on conference in my office so you are more than welcome to listen in between games ;)
I have also attached (SEE THE LINKS BELOW) Friday's game schedule and the rosters for each team. ALL Girls should wear shorts that are Springville colors and a red/white reversible jersey. If you don't have one, please contact me. Please keep in mind the teams were divided simply by numbers and these are by no means an indication of anything to come this season. Saturday's schedule will not be finalized until after the games on Friday.
